Hey,

Im hoping someone could help me with a rather annoying problem i have with a router of mine.

Before i start i'll list my system specs and wireless adapter

*AMD Athlon II Dual-core M320 2.10 GHz,
*4 GB RAM,
*AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200,
*Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit operating system,
*Atheros AR9285 802.11 b/g/n Wifi Adapter.

I currently own a TP-Link TL-WR841ND router. When connected through ethernet cable i have no quarrels and everything works fine. The router and adapter are both up to date with the latest firmware etc.

However, when connecting through wireless i am able to browse the web for roughly 10 minutes before i am unable to do so. The wireless connection appears active but i am unable to browse.

To fix the problem i have to disable the device then enable, then diagnose which is sometimes followed by the first step again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You.

** Other notes, i have Hamachi installed (i suggest this because hamachi produces a new icon in the adapter settings), however i'm unsure about it as the ethernet connection has no problems with hamachi installed.

I previous had a netgear router which didn't have this problem but did however had a problem with connection loss for a split second (enough to disrupt downloads or games)

How far are you from your wireless router? And what is your Internet provider?

The range doesn't matter, it happens when next to the router or in another room.

Not sure why i should tbh, a previous router didn't have this problem and using a ethernet cable works normally with no problems.

Like you've said the earlier router does not have any problem. I think it is your router that is broken. The company that I been working before and they have also experienced that kind of problem. They just bought a new one try linksys router.

hmmmmm, i just find it bizarre that i have just disable my adapter then enable it again. It feels like it's a setting for the router or the adapter, as if something conflicts unless i reset it.
