Wireless connection drops periodically

I just bought a new laptop ( Acer Aspire 5535 Notebook Laptops Specification | Geek With Laptop) and installed XP Pro immediately everything worked flawless. So I decided to upgrade to window 7 build 7232 to check it out. Everything installed great but now I'm having several problems one of which being the wireless disconnects periodically ;loses complete wireless capability. In other words it can not find any of my wireless access points. I know it's not a router issue because all my other pc's are working great. I have two linksys routers one with tomato and one with ddwrt firmware.
It has to be a W7 problem but I can not recreate the error.
Usually happens when I'm watching a movie over the network with a mapped drive however it's also happens when I'm browsing online.
Has there been any registery commands or specific services that are causing problems like this?

No reg cause that I know of but IP-6 sometimes does cause intermittant dropout. Might want to give us more info on comp and networking

Here is my wireless adapter.
I did turn off ip6 before thinking that that could be causing problems but it didn't help. I turned off a few other things as well in networking. The only things left on in the networking tab are Client for MS Network, QOS, File and Printer Sharing and IP4.

It's a simple network setup. I have modem and two routers. One router is 192.168.2.1 and the other is 192.168.2.2(DD-WRT). Both routers have a different WAN address only one router has dynamic ip setup. It works flawlessly with my other three PC's and my my Nintendo Wii connects flawlessly too.
I use WPA encryption on both routers. One channel is 5 and the other channel is 6. B&G on one router, B,G,N on the other. No matter what router I hook up to I will get the dropped connection eventually. I have made virual wireless networks as well connected to them and they drop out too. I use NOD32 but have shut off that firewall.

Sorry for the dumded down questions I saw 4 posts and figured... Anyway i aggree its not router but I have one idea out of left field. Is the win 7 box connected to the router with tomato?

It depends what I'm doing online what router I like to connect to. Either or the same results with both. Currently I'm connected to ddwrt (65Mbps). Haven't dropped connection in over an hour. I will put on a movie in the back ground see what happens. I bought the Planet Earth on Blue Ray a few months back and love it and wanted to rip it onto the server but instead of going through the process of ripping I decided downloading H.264 .mkvs would be less hassle and take up less of my time. When I try to watch those on Win7 not only does it chug(which it doesn't in XP)(which is also another issue I have to post in the video section) it usually cuts off my network connection. I will put one on now in the background. My leg will start burning up from the cpu fan in a few mins

Know what you mean my lapbrick is running 147F and its been higher today. couple of things I can think of is get process explorer (sys internals), and run it when you do the things that either cause it to chug, or drop wifi. check event viewer and device manager to see if there are errors. I'll get back to you later
