Heya guys, I've been having severe wireless problems with W7 from builds 7048 and higher. When the internet connection is under load it will disconnect and be unable to connect to any wireless connection until i reset the wireless adapter using the troubleshooter.

I've tried several drivers for my wireless adapter (Intel 1395) including the MS one but the problem still exists. I thought it might just be my computer but a mate with a different Dell laptop was having the same problem and moved back to Vista because of it.

LAN is perfectly fine and i can keep a very stable connection. I've came across a couple of people who've had this problem as well but it seems to be only a select few.

Oh and i'm on x64 7068 :)

Thanks!

Same issues here on x86 7057 on a Dell m1530 with the Dell Draft-N mini wireless card. I've tried using the drivers from =< 7000 which worked flawlessly, Vista drivers, various Dell drivers.

Same thing on all of them. If I'm just chatting via IM or looking through normal web pages, no problems. But torrents, streaming video, even streaming audio kills it after a few minutes. Happens on all networks, BGN.

Yeah that's exactly the same problem. It's a pity as I'm a big fan of W7, so much so I'm still using it at the moment even with the issues.

LAN itself does work very stable so that's not too bad.

Hi gals and guys,

I had a problem, when I used torrent, or massive file download from internet, the transferring sometimes just stopped for a while, then continued after a sec, but sometimes, it was just enough to terminate messenger or irc connection.
But, when my router was restarted (linksys), it seems, its work again fine for now. Maybe the increased half connection ports number in 7068 caused the issue?

PS: luckily, I discovered this forum, helped a couple of times in the past :D

im catching the same issue, not torrenting but watching netflicks movies online, i get about 40-50 Mb through the movie and the wireless network disconnects, i have to use the troubleshooting tool and it says that it is resetting my wireless adapter( dell 1510 mini card) i have bee searching the internet for a fix but i have yet to find one.

i did not experience these issues with the 7000 biuld so that me be our only solution to roll back to 7000.

if any solutions arise i will definitly post them here.

I guess, the increased half open connection in 7068 caused my problem too.
