After installing W7 my network card wont give me the same strength on some of the networks that i usually get a very good connection on. Anyone else having the same issue? or does anyone know of a fix? ive tried contacting HP (no help what so ever) and the drivers are not on their website and its impossible to find it on broadcomms website.

my Wireless card is Broadcomm B/G

Try installing the driver you had on Vista using the device manager.

Right click it. Update driver software. Browse my computer. Let me pick. Have disk. Browse. Double click on the .inf. Hit ok. Hit next.

Make sure your router is set to 100% radio signal strength. Other than that, I'm not interested in helping you connect to your neighbor's unsecured router(s).
