wireless mouse problems

ive got a Microsoft wireless keyboard 6000 v3.0 and mouse 6000 v2.0 it says on Microsoft page they are compatible with win 7 but im having some problems like not being able to click or my auto scroll not disabling also my alt tab screen to change window keeps popping up ive tried plunging the receiver into a different usb port but nothing changes, also tried a driver update. once the mouse stops allowing me to click anything the only way ive found around it is to ctrl+alt+del open task man then close it then things seem to work for a few min, wondering if anyone knows of a fix

Welcome to the forum worstaround, sorry this got overlooked, I may not be the one who can help you but I'll see if we can clarify the issue(s) some. You have issues with both the Mouse and Keyboard? See if you can list the issues for us separately by device. It looks like the devices work, and are recognized fine, but you have a feature or features in each that give you problems. Lets have you give us more specific information for each, and see if someone can't help. A Guy

If you could clearly explain your issues it would help alot. It is quite hard to read the paragraph you've inputted. If english isn't your first language, it may help to use a translating program. In order for anyone to help you, you'll need to clarify your statement.

Problems I think you're experiencing:

Mouse and Keyboard fail to work properly at times
i.e.
Left Click Doesn't Execute
Auto-Scroll will not disengage once used
Alt-Tab Screen Appears without Prompt

Please let us know what program it is that you close via Task Manager when your devices fail.
