i'm having a problem with my wireless internet. whenever I try to connect to my home router it displays the 'identifying' message for a time then says i'm connected to an unidentified network with no internet access. I run troubleshooting and it displays the message "Wireless Network Connection doesn't have a valid IP configuration". My wired connection works fine. what do i do?

I have an Atheros AR9285 wireless network adapter
64bit win7 home premium

thanks for any help

According to WCC it is not supported on Windows 7, I would suggest getting a new WAN card.

Roll back or install driver version 7.7.0.348

Go to device manager => network adapter => Atheros => Advanced Tab
and change the "Power Save Mode" option to OFF.
