I have a Lexmark x4530 printer using a Linksys Wireless G router; a HP laptop. Had some router to laptop issues and probably changed some settings. I cannot get the printer to print even after changing all settings back to factory, resetting the router. After using installation disc and cable, indications are that printer is ready. A page printed out. But when attempting to print a word document, I get an error. Please help.

Well the obvious first, in the start bar under devices and printers is the lexmark selected as the default print device? (this is indicated with a little green check mark on its icon)

Thanks everyone for replying. After starting and re-starting my laptop several times, apparently I needed to do it one more time. Everything is finally up and running. Whew!
