Hello,

I have a laptop that is no more than 4 months old and for the first month or two it worked perfectly but I have been experiencing problems with my wifi. I have done a lot of research on this to no avail. The problem is that I can be connected for days and days with no problem but then some days I will not be connected to a network when I boot up and have to restart a couple of times and even disable and enable my wireless device before connecting and usually thats the end of it. Sometimes though, it will not stay connected for more than 30 minutes and I will get the yellow triangle and says either no internet access or no network access. I can restart my laptop and then it will work again but very soon after it will have limited connection again. I try disabling the wirless with the button on the keyboard but it does not actually disable the wireless as the connection icon still says I am connected but with limited connectivity as if the software has crashed. I have re-installed the drivers and software for the card and even formatted my hard drive multiple times and neither have worked. Another thing is that sometimes when it goes to limited connectivity and I disable it without restarting then my laptop will completely freeze and it locks and none of the lights for the caps lock button works or anything, these are very strange symptoms and I would be grateful for any help.

Thank you in advance for your time.

My signal strength is excellent and only ever drops to very good and yes, it doesn't matter whether the latest drivers are installed or not, the problem still exists unfortunatly.

Who's network are you connecting to, your own or someone else's network? If your own network, where is the router setup at? If it's your own router have you tried rebooting or resetting the router?

If you press the re-set button on your router, You may well wipe all the settings.

Don't forget, He's mentioned it happens on any wireless network he has connected too.
If i read right.

It doesn't matter whose network whether my own or someone elses, the problem still occurs and I've tried unplugging the router before but that doesn't solve my problem
