Wireless working SLOW on dell studio 1558

I am using a Dell Studio 1558 with windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. I have the dell 1520 Wireless Mini-card installed.

The wireless on my windows is very slow which is frustrating. Using linux on the same wireless system gives me good speeds. I suspect there is a problem with the driver in windows. How do i fix this/??

On the dell site, the drivers shown when I enter my service tag and the one shown when i manually look up for my model are different which one to use??

If you enter the express tag and have not changed the wifi device, is the one to use.
