Solved WLM 2012 Group Contact only partially loads email addresses

Hi,
I'm new to this forum. I tried seaching for someone with the same problem I am having but came up empty. When I want to forward an email attachment to myself with several group contacts in the BCC (or CC) field only some of the contacts within each of the group contacts is loaded. I have rebuilt these group contacts a couple of times and edited them to ensure all contacts are correct within the group contact but it still doesn't work.

Has anyone experienced this problem and have a solution I could try?

WLM 2012 Repair seems to have solved my problem......

I tried a repair of WLM.
WinKey + R brings up the run dialog; type the following in the box to bring up the 'install' dialog
wlarp.exe

select repair

This repair seems to have solved my problem. I'll continue testing and let you all know if my problem returns.

Nice post Stoneda if it is now fixed mate mark it as such cos otherwise you will still get folks (like me) looking at your thread and thinking it is still a problem. You can always repost if it goes south again.

After further testing, the REPAIR process alone did NOT solve my problem. You MUST also populate your group category list as follows (using BCC field as an example):
1. Click on "Email Message" to sedn an email.
2. Click "BCC" and search for a category name e.g. Friends.
3. Double click on Category name so that "+Friend" is loaded within the BCC field.
4. Click on the + sign and ALL email addresses within that category name are then loaded within the BCC field.
5. Following a REPAIR with Steps 1-4 above definetly resolves the problem, at least for me.

NOTE. It will NOT work if you enter the category name within the BCC field. It will ONLY partially load your email addresses!

Hmm well certainly sounds like a long and drawn out process but if it works then alls well.
