WMC TV Guide is not downloaded

I setup AverMedia TV Tuner Card with ATSC and NTSC Tuners in WMC 7, and it works great. We can watch all available in the area TV channels - analog and digital. Channel Lineup is also correct in TV Guide, but there is no TV Guide Schedule info. And TV Guide is not downloaded ever, no matter what ZIP code I punch. It starts and stays on the 1-st download dot forever. Why this happens, and how to fix?

What website WMC uses to download TV Guide Schedule Data? Should I setup an account there to make it work? Is it possible to change that website to a different one? Also, the screen says "Windows Media Center is downloading the latest TV Setup Data for your region". What exact "setup" data its trying to download apart from TV Schedule, and where from - one site or different sites? What should I change to use ZAP2IT.com instead of this sh*t site it can't reach? But, it downloads other stuff from that site, like TV Guide Terms of Use without a problem, so WMC Internet connection works.

Anyone knows, how access to TV Guide depends on what version of Win7 is installed? Any difference btw OEM version and Home for that? What Win7 Registry keys permit access to MS TV Guide site to download TV Schedule Data? Any passwords internally stored on a PC at OS install time that the Guide site verifies without user knowledge when accessing Schedule data?
