Neither "Create Playlist" nor "Create auto Playlist" in WMP12 works. Just nothing happens. Any ideas?

When you drag an item to the right, you can't save the list?

There is no place to drag anything to. When I click Playlists in the left hand pane in the Album view, it just gives the message "There are no playlists in this library. Click here to create a playlist." Clicking there does nothing.
I may mention that I deleted my existing playlists recently to "clean-up". I just right clicked and deleted until they were gone?

Oops. PEBKAC problem.
Clicked on Play tab in the Playlist lib and voila. "Click & drag...." message pane is there. And working.
