Has anyone had trouble lately with getting correct metadata? Just got T.I.'s new album and after getting album info, there are no contributing artists. I have noticed over the past month, it seems every CD is doing this. Kanye West's new album did, so did The Black Eyed Peas, Kid Rock, and Taylor Swift that I see right now looking in WMP. I know I can manually add contributing artists, but anyone know of a way to get this feature back? I have a few automatic playlists that adds any song where certain artists are contributing. Obviously when its blank or gives just the album artist's info only in the contributing artists column, it doesn't like it has before.

Hoping for some help.

Can you confirm that these tags are actually written into the file? "Contributing artist" equals to "track artist" in other media players/tag editing programs.
You can use MP3tag to edit the tags to your liking, or better yet, WMP itself. Select a song, hit F2 and flip through the fields with tab until you reach the tag you want, then enter the info yourself.

I love being able to search "Eminem" and every song he is associated with comes up. iTunes did away with this and disappointed me so I stuck 100% with WMP since, and I hope this can be changed.

Any help?
