In Vista and when I was running RC Win-7 after I configured the TV I got WMP to show up as 4:3 box on my monitor. However after installing the upgrade and going through the setup procedures several times still shows up as 16:9 box on the screen. Yes I checked 4:3 in the setup, to no avail.

Vista & Windows 7 Depending on which I boot.
Hold down the Control button while resizing. It will allow to switch aspect ratios.
