WMP12 and DLNA transcoding

I was using TVersity in Win XP Pro, which did on the fly transcoding of AVI to MPG video for my Pioneer 111FD plasma. Is there a way to get WMP12 to do the same kind of thing?

First of all, don't bump your threads. Second, the answer is no, it can't, at least not to my knowledge.
