wmpnetwrk.exe is making me a headache please help

i think it happend when i updated wifi adapter from an unknown manufacture after that the wmpnetwrk.exe cause the ram and cpu the go very high i have a six gb of ram and it goes up to 70% and the cpu goes up to 51% and stay like that until i end the process of the wmpnetwrk and it happens only when i connect my internet usb so i think the internet program is infected so i tried security task manager i i found 2 suspesous files in the program that runs the internet, ssax226.exe and UIExec.exe. this is my problem please if someone can help

the reason that made me think it has nothing to do with media palyer i that i already disabeld it from the sevices but that didn't change anything

The processes ssax226.exe and UIExec.exe both are from your ISP I believe and are part of WiFi connections. The ssax226.exe is reported to be from broadband internet provider Banglalion Wimax and was first seen mid 2011 in the mid-east.

yes i tried the malware program you offerd me i found that my pc was infected but the problem is still the same i need to locate the file causing the problem and terminate it?
