Won't burn DVD

When I attempt to burn a dvd through MC I always get the error message "Burn Failure - an error has occurred in burning the CD/DVD. Any suggestions?

Can you burn DVD's from other programs?

Hi Ken

That is done. Yes, I can burn using other programs. The player seems to be fine. The problem is when I go into MC and select the Burn function to attempt to put TV recorded in MC onto a DVD. The info on MC says you can put MC recorded TV straight onto a DVD to view in other DVD players.

Did you do an in-place upgrade from Vista? Do you have any codec packs installed? Have you tweaked your OS at all? Do you have TMT3, PDVD, or any other burning/playing software installed?

How large is/are the TV show/shows you are trying to burn?

Also, is this the tutorial you followed?
