I do a lot of labels of different types. When I bring up the templates, sometimes the label outlines don't show. How can I fix this?

As Office 2003 (Word included) is no longer support by Microsoft you may be better off with another program.
If you use Avery labels, Avery has a free download of their label program. I have Office 2003, and tried the Avery add-in but was never satisfied with it. I installed the Avery label program and have used that.
