It didn't just go missing. You know who made it disappear.
I went to Start Menu propertes and seen something I've never seen before but was looking for. The opportunity to organize All Programs to my order of frequency preferance instead of alphabetical.
JUST unchecked Sort All Programs menu by name
and exited.
Went to Start>All Programs>Accessories, held left mouse button down on Wordpad while I dragged it up below Calculator and released it.
Now I had 2 Wordpads(one at the top and at the bottom of Accessories) so I deleted the bottom one and the top one went with it.

I can still access Wordpad by opening .rtf doc.
I dragged Notepad, Paint, Snipping Tool and Command Prompt up there with no problem.
Hopefully all I need is a little magical string of text to copy into Run or Cmd
