It seems like when I have too many things open on my computer, it likes to wig out and I get a BSOD that says Worker_Thread_Returned_at_Bad_IRQL. I'm not super great with computers, but I'm decent. I've been trying to figure this out on my own, but nothing I try is working. I've restored my computer to a previous version. I've tried updating all my drivers. I've run a virus scan. This happens randomly, about 5-7 times a week if not more. I've included my MSinfo. Please help me figure this out!

I tried following that link, but I never got an option to restart my computer, so I didn't know if it worked or not.

I had to move all the files from the Minidump folder into a new folder, and then zip that one. It was saying I didn't have permission to zip the original folder. I hope that works.

Are you completely opposed to temporarily removing mcafee?
It's either causing the crashes, or getting in the way of the memory dump process.
Only way to be sure is to remove it from the equation for a bit.

See, every time I run a McAfee scan, my computer freezes up. It's crashed once or twice during a scan but every time at about 54% of the scan, it freezes and I can no longer do anything but shut down my computer. So, no, I'm not opposed to removing it. I'll definitely give that a shot!
