Workgroup Name Cannot Match Username?

Hello All

Does anyone have experience with windows 7 (32) not allowing the network workgroup name to match a username? Do to some existing procedures we would like the username & workgroup to be the same. This works fine on XP machines but not on the Win7 machine.

Sorry but that doesn't make any sense to me. For the WORKGROUP to be of any use it has to be the same for all computers in the network.

In any case, I just tried changing the workgroup name to match my username and it worked fine.
