Would installing Windows 10 fix my problem?

So a while ago I stupidly downloaded a pirated copy of The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion, since then I've had nothing but trouble with my computer crashing and giving me BSODs. the two I've remembered to take pictures of are a STOP 0x124 and a 0x101

My dad, the person who built my PC, suggested uninstalling and reinstalling Windows 7. I havent done it yet because I haven seen him recently, and I've been thinking of getting windows 10 for the last few months and was wondering if anyone knows if that would fix my problem? I'm running my PC in Safe mode with networking right now and it seems to be fine, I'd just like to be able to use it normally agian. I've attached the BSODs I managed to get pictures of

Welcome to the forum. There is no certain answer but you have nothing to loose doing it if there are still problems with 10 you will have a licence for it so you could do a clean install of ten

I am probably late, but looking at the codes I would strongly advise against updating Windows 10.

0x124 and 0x101 are considered hardware crashes, updating or reinstalling brings the risk that you may not succeed in it leaving you without an OS.
