Hi,

I'm getting an error message when I right-click a file or folder in Windows Explorer. The message says "there was a problem starting c:users\laptop\appdata\local\temp\scfymve\scsqxdx\wow.dll"

Then it says either "a dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed" or "the specified module could not be found"

The error might happen at other times as well, but this is the instance I've been able to document.

Let me know if you need any further information.

Using Windows 7 SP1 on an HP Pavilion G6.

I am not an expert user, more an enlightened amateur. But I take direction well :-)

TIA

Jaina
