When booting the options displayed are press F8, F9 or F12. When pressed the next window displayed, instead of staring at (0,0) starts at (-3in,-3in). Therefore the options available can not be seen. Instead of seeing:
1. option 1 choice and other stuf etc.
2. option 2 choice an other stuf etc.
3. option 3 selection and more stuff etc.
4. option 4 abcdefg and even more etc.

How can I get windows to properly display this information? Its probably in the registry somewhere but I can't find it.
