Solved [WTA] Can I have the same internet speed?

Hi. I have 4MB/s of internet speed. I wanna share with 8 users and I wanna know whether these users will be using the same internet speed i.e: 4MB/s for each user at the same time. Is it possible to make such connection like this? Is there anyway to distribute the same internet speed at the same time? Thanks!

All users will be sharing the 4 MB/s bandwidth. If 2 users are downloading at the same time your effective bandwidth will be 2 MB/s, less if more users are downloading. It is impossible for multiple users to share a 4 MB/s connection with each user getting 4 MB/s. But with typical usage multiple users will not actually be active at any given moment. If there is only one active user he will get the full bandwidth.
