X64 Hangs on install and boot.

Windows 7 hangs on install when I have the HIS AIW HD card installed at the starting windows screen. I formatted and installed XP, everything was fine, so I wiped and did a clean install of Win7 X64, hung again. Removed the AIW HD and setup completed and I got into windows. Re-installed the AIW HD and again, hangs at the starting windows screen. I have tried every bios setting regarding the onboard graphics and still nothing.

The HD is brand new, hence the fresh install, the old HD crapped out. The last time I installed Windows 7 I upgraded from Vista and everything was fine. I'm considering installing Vista and upgrading to Windows 7 once I have the card working in Vista. Suggestions?
