Hello!
If this is in the wrong forum, pardon me; it seemed to fall under a few categories.

I downloaded and installed XAMPP for testing things on localhost, version 1.7.4. When I run the installation, this dialog box crops up:

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium (64), so I'm a bit confused. The installation then proceeds with incident, but upon running XAMPP itself:

Isn't that a root directory?

The console then says this upon clicking Okay:

A cursory google search suggests that I disable the UAC (which seems to involve sliding it down to Never), restarting, installing, then reenabling the UAC. However, I have yet to find a listed problem online that matches this case, so I'm a tad hesitant.

In case it helps, the computer is a Dell Studio 1555, 4 GB of RAM, and a T4400 2Ghz Pentium Dualcore.
