Hey Guys,

There is a tool that helps filling the gap between a download tool and Windows Media Center regarding media files mangement. I'm using it with the uTorrent RSS feature and with EventGhost's DirectoryWatcher plugin (with the "-run" argument).

XBMC Media Move is a great tool designed to fill the gap between µTorrent and XBMC Media Center by dispatching the files (video/music/photo/etc...) upon arrival.

Some of the features:
- IMDB information extraction (via NFO File)
- Dynamic subfolders creation (via regex)
- Archive extraction (ZIP & RAR)
- Advanced text replacements
- Minimum/Maximum file size range matching
- File extension matching
- Task related destination folders
- Auto source folders cleaning
- Duplicate files prevention

Here are a few suggestions of which softwares or sources to use it with:
- Download: GetRight, eMule, Napster, jDownloader, uTorrent
- Media Center: XBMC, MediaPortal, Windows Media Center, MCE, PLEX, JRiver Media Center
- Other: Usb Flash drives, network mapped drives, CD, DVD, RapidShare, MegaUpload, etc...

It's light and free! :)

Hah! I hear ya! :)

Well, I'm a software developper and I created XBMC Media Move for me at first (Never got any BSOD so far ;) ).

Then I decided to publish it on SourceForge to see if it would helps others, and it kinda caught on.

So I decided to make the V2.0, still free, and publish it a little more hence my post here!

Feel free to try it and report as much bugs has you find, if you find some! :)
