Xbox 360 Controller Wireless for Windows Analog Sticks Problem

I bought new Controller few months ago and my Analog Sticks are hard and i have problems in games because of that. It's not fake Controller. I have softer Sticks on my older Xbox 360 Controller Wired. Is this normal because it's new?
