I'm trying to install my Xbox 360 wireless control on my PC I didnt found the specific reciever in my city so I bought dedicated charging and connecting cable
my operation system Windows 7 ultimate 32bit.

unfortunately, you will need a wireless receiver to use your wireless xbox controller, even if you have a play and charge kit, it will still be using wireless signals to connect to the PC.

I made a similar mistake when I was getting an Xbox controller that would work with my computer, but as imeem and MrNeeds said you need the wireless receiver, because the play and charge kit isn't meant for sending signals for games through the cable. The cable is meant only for charging the controller, this is the same when its connected to the Xbox. Even though its plugged in the wireless controller still only transmits data wirelessly, the cable only charges the controller. I believe that's why it doesn't work like that.

play and charge does the same on the 360, only difference is the 360 has the built in wireless receiver.
Play and Charge does not make a wireless controller into a wired one.
