I know its not Win 7 but I trust you guys too much that I'd rather not ask for help elsewhere.

The problem is that I cannot connect to the printer. I can see the network location that has all the printers but I get an access denied that says I cannot connect. I'm assuming that maybe the problem is that someone typed in the incorrect credentials to access it or something.

I work at a college, so we usually type in our [email protected] and our password usually gives us a connection to the printer. But now when I try to connect to it, it doesn't even prompt me to enter my username/password. Anyway I can tell it to forget the credentials it knows and ask for new ones?
Thanks for the help.

Nevermind, I got it. All I had to do was delete it from my list of Printers and Faxes and try to reconnect.
