It only updates on the size, not quality. So you could 1- Change the setting; 2- Delete all the folder.jpg that have a corresponding folder.jpg.original (you don't want to delete those that don't incase you received from a different means). Yammm will then recreate all the folder.jpg from the folder.jpg.original w/o having to redownload any.
I wrote a quick script for you that will do it: DeleteBackedUpFolderArtwork.cmd. Copy the script to your parent movie folder and let it go =)
If you are worried about running it I can change it to simply rename the folder.jpg and you'd have it as a backup. And below is the contents of the script if people prefer.
