ive checked all the wireing in my system, ive change everything in my bios to default,ive been monitoring my temps everything seems fine but yet my system is still crashing...

Hi and welcome

this one is straight forward memory corruption

I would download memtestx86 and run it for 5 passes
run a system file check
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

so i followed those instructions and found that one of my sticks was giving me the errors.Ive bought some new ram the problem seems to be gone.thank you for your help everyone.
