Yet another BSOD

I'm on Win 7 Pro 64 bit, and the only time I get this is when I save an excel file. I'm usually good for about 5-15 "ctrl+s" 's (saves), and then suddenly a save causes the BSOD. I have uninstalled my AV software, and turned off any backup software. Any help would be appreciated. Attached are the last 2 minidumps. Thank you.

Your dmps point to your hard drive. Please run a diagnostic: HD Diagnostic

Open a command prompt, and run the following: chkdsk /r /f.

I see this old driver:
Code:
aw_host5.sys Mon Feb 19 05:35:33 2007
A Google search makes me wonder if it belongs to Semantic? Did you ever have any Semantic (Norton) products installed?

Thanks for your info, I will follow the instructions you provided. As for Symantec, I have PCAnywhere 12.5 installed, but the host service is off and set to manual. Strange that it showed up on the dump.

Uninstalled PCAnywhere, but still having problem

and the symptoms are the same: the ONLY app that causes a blue screen is Excel 2007, when I do a save -- but not every time, of course. It just happened again after 10 days of no problems. Attached is the minidump. Thank you again for your assistance.

I can't see much different from the one you just uploaded with the previous one, still pointed to ntfs.sys. Have you done the HD diagnostic as JK mentioned.

I did the HD diagnostic, both the "Quick Test" and the "Extended" test using Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics, no problems reported. As for those drivers, I don't think there are later versions, as the softwares that installed them are the latest versions.
