YOUTUBE and HTML5 Video playback FAIL

hello, did u guys noticed that since today 2010-09-30 youtube fully switched to html5 forcing videos show only in html5 not using flash? Im using Chrome and video playback in normal mode (not ewen HD) lags like ****, video and audio synch is bad, sound goes way futher as video, flash used to play smooch. I noticed that Opera still uses flash cause Opora dont supports html5 yet, so youtube somehow gives old construction webpage to Opera.

Any others causing this problem to?

my youtube is still using flash. i'm using ie8 and chromeplus.

maybe because i'm in the uk?

YouTube via HTML5 is still in Beta... you can go HERE get all the information and either opt in or opt out at any time.

I s'ppose it depends where you live and what's your connection. I don't experience any lag no matter if I watch via Flash player or via HTML5.

you're welcome...as long as it doesn't work right for you just opt out at the bottom of that page and you'll get YouTube via Flash plugin.
