Well, after so much anger and confusion, my issue has finally been solved. Bandwidth was the problem. Turns out we had about 14 devices connected to a wifi that was not as powerful as Verizon told us. We have been paying for 75/75 Mbps for about 7 months now and it turns out Verizon forgot to upgrade us from 50/50 at the time of our purchase. I hope this will help somebody else in the future. Upgrade your bandwidth and if that is not possible, turn off the wifi on some of your devices.
