YouTube "Original" quality option

I heard about this a little while ago but just now, I stumbled upon the first video I had ever seen have an "Original" option after 1080p. (The resolution was 1920*1200, so no big difference there - but my monitor's still technically too small for it).

Just thought I'd share in case anyone else wanted to see an example of it. Here's the video:

I don't use games on my PC but these "original" settings will only be available for You Tube entries that show screencaptures. The different resolutions shown are, of course, relevant to the resolution of the monitor from which the screen was captured probably something like Fraps was used.
If they are high def video clips from a camcorder the highest they will show will be 1920 x1080pxs

if it actually let you play the original video rather than the original resolution, these videos would be fantastic, it's youtube's compression that lets it down
