Zero Out Hard Drive

I have a 1 TB had drive on my laptop partitioned into a dual-boot setup for Windows 7 and Ubuntu. I have followed the instructions given here to zero out the hard drive from within Windows; or that's what I felt I was doing:

This seems to have wiped out info on the Windows partition but not on the Linux one. So my question is how I can wipe out everything on this computer in all partitions? I need to wipe it clean and then reinstall Windows 7 in one single Windows partition before I sell it.

What's the quickest way to do this? Please?

Run Diskpart Clean All Command from System Recovery Options Command Line on the booted Win7 installation Media or System Repair Disk, since you want to make data unrecoverable by all but forensics means.

This takes approx 1 hour per 320gb.
