You may want to tweak section 9 :)
Expierince says that around 90% of the time, if the automated activation fails, holding on simply times out and the service hangs up on you.
It's better to phone back, and this time NOT respond when the ansafone requests which service you require (twice) - this puts you in the queue to speak to an opertor, and doesn't seem to time out so quickly.
