    Ben,

As a test, check the Maximum memory box, select 16384 in the menu for 16 GB, and click OK to see how that setting may work.

What edition of Windows do you have installed?

If 64-bit Windows 7 Home Basic, then it only supports up to 8GB.

    Compare Windows 7 Editions

If not, then update your WEI score to see if it may toggle to use all memory again.

I have 64-Bit Windows 7 Home premium, and its still shows that i have 7.95 gb available but 16 total. Btw this just happened this month i was able to use all 16 before. The answer to both your questions were in my Pictures i provided.

Did you try updating your WEI?

In addition, please post back with the "view and print details" of the WEI to see if anything in it may help ID the issue.

Hello Visored, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You should keep the Maximum memory box unchecked. You would only want to check the box and select a size for testing purposes. :)

No. By default, Windows will always use all available RAM. :)
