I have noticed bugs that came along with it such as:

    Weird blurs around applications.

No (x) to exit a page and sometimes all 3 options are missing.

Hi Bz2120 and welcome to the forum. To find out what updates have been installed and on what date, just click on the start orb, open the Windows Update program and then click on View Update History. If it was only one update downloaded before your problem, you can go to Control Panel, Programs and Features, Installed Updates and choose to remove this update. Reboot after removal and see if it fixes you issue. Report back with results.
