 I do not want KB302477, it is greyed out meaning I cannot hide it and it keeps popping up. I tried to install it anyway just to get rid of the pop up. Well. it fails, manually, after downloading the thing, it fails also. So now I am stuck with the update prompt forever?

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

YOu haven't posted the CheckSUR report as requested - and editing an earlier post doesn't let me know that you have responded, either.

It's likely that it's these errors that are causing your problem with KB3024777 - but I need the CheckSUR data as well.
