    Can I remove these updates?

With the help of you guys here I managed to get Windows Update to run normaly again.
I have been working on it for 3 days - running updates in batches - deleting a number of Windows 10 updates etc etc (see How to remove Windows 10 upgrade updates in Windows 7 and 8 - Windows update downloads nothing )
Now I discover 7 new maps on my C partition ( attachment 3) -they all mention KB numbers
    2 with 3068708- 3 with 30420583 - 1 with 3102810
The 2 with KB 3068708 also contain mpsyschk.exe the others don't
I googled mpsyschk.exe and found a site where this was said to be a Troyan but on the other hand I found that it is a program "to determine whether a computer is compatible with security update 977165" (see attachment 3) -the others do not include exe files (see attacment 1)
Then there is one that contains a lot of files (attachment 2 gives part of it )

I searched the forum here and came upon this thread I managed to find the Windows Update Cleanup tool (KB2852386) but trying to install it said it was not meant for my computer (maybe because it is english and pc is dutch?) but in another post here was explained the use of cleanmgr.exe (as administrator) and that did clean up (only some 300mb). The files are still there.

I have done a total cleanup of my C partition and seem to have lost some 3GB disk space. As my partition is not too big I would like to find where those 3Gb are used and my guess is these maps described here.

Can I remove them and if so -how?

After posting I went on searchin and found this also was discussed here Strange folders in C Drive
I followed TanyaC's advise and copied the files to my T partition.
    So forget about this problem.

Must say you guys here do a great job thanks a lot
