Win Upd not functioning, Error 0xc8000247 when trying manual upd

    Issue on a Lenovo T61.
I bought a refurbished Lenovo T240 which had an operative OS win 7 pro.
I swapped the HD with my T61 (win 10 ultimate).
    T240 win 10 works OK.
T61 win 7 cannot update, results with an error box saying that the update service is not working, advises to reboot. Reboot did not solve the issue. Checked services. Windows Update service was on automatic (delayed), I changed it to manual and also checked RPC (Widows updates service depends on it), all are on. Still no UPD.
Ran sfc, result: Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
I can't either open or attach CBS log although I changed the security permissions and I am logged as an admin
    SURT encountered 0xc8000247
Ran Belarc Advisor, report attached (SHULA)
    Diagnostics attached
    FSS attached

    Hi Laksi,
suspect you've got a bad set of Intel drivers, happens when you swap OS 7/10 and swapped HD
run this tool, copy/paste the output
    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=52012

If im right you'll have LOADS of file mismatches/tampered files.

    Just what i expected:)
update your drivers from here, (.ENU set at the bottom)
Download Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology (Intel(R) RST) RAID Driver

AFTER uninstalling your non-genuine Office Enterprise, its going to a blocked VLK.
please rerun the tool, you might still have a problem.

    Hi Roy,
    ran iata_enu.exe.
error note: This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.
I attach the report of Belarc advisor, might be useful.
    thanks

    Hi Laksi,
please remove the Office suite, REBOOT,
Then rerun the drivers, comfirm you ran the bottom set >> ENU <<<

from your other log, top one should read as as bottom one
C:\Windows\System32\wuaueng.dll => File is digitally signed
    C:\Windows\System32\qmgr.dll => MD5 is legit

    Its implying an exploit.

Did that already, did not solve the UPD issue

I do not understand what you mean here, what should I do?

    Can you check here
If you have your storage controller set to AHCI in the bios, the driver will not install. It doesn't detect the RAID controller unless it's set into RAID mode.
