    Hi Arcturus,
    Lookin at that hijack log.

    either
    1) your computer has been BADLY infected
    2) you have been using a registry clean-up program/s
    or
    3) You have been making changes to the permissions of multiple folders.

Which ever of the above is true the best way to correct this is to perform a clean install.
not a problem as you have the discs

    Clean Install Windows 7
i suggest you print a copy of it, section 1 does not apply to you.

    >>> You will have to back up your personal data <<, to a usb
(before re-installing your data scan it with an AV, in case its no1)

    Uefi, acpi, hpet

    Hi Roy

I'd try clean install and i get this message

the system found unauthorized changes on the firmware operating system or UEFI drivers.

ACPI: (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface) is in my mgadiag

I think they lock the door, thats it's for UEFI.

The last Update of firmware is the SOURCE

I'll call MS and see what they have to say about that, do you have an advice or a number for MS?
