BSOD happened browsing net according to gf

    Hi Again,
Arc helped me out the other day on the 30th i think when i added the zip folder, everything was fine yesturday... The problem is my girlfriend phoned me today complaining the PC shutdown while at work and blue screen appeared. Here is the updated zip folder from today. Last time is was trend Micro which has now been deleted but have no clue what this new error could be. Thanks in advance. Hopefully i will be BSOD free soon :) appreciate all the hard work from you all!

If, and only if doing this steps failed to solve the issue, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Hi Arc, i have managed to change the setting to disabled now as this is the first time i have managed to get onto the PC due to work so apologies to the delay. I will now try again and try to play games and browse and see if i can get another BSOD.
Fingers crossed problems solved. Many thanks again.
I shall update if i get anything within the next 2 days

milo, if it is the crash as you said, upload the dumps. We will get some useful information from those, for sure. Even without verifier enabled.

    Go and upload it. :)

Milo, are you sure that there was a crash? The zip you uploaded contains no dump file at all.

Hi Arc, im actually shocked as it did crash and restarted with the error on the screen. I didnt look in the folder but it has always dumped before after it happens. I have just checked through windows, minidump and it is defo empty.
Apologies, hopefully it will happen again how odd
