I've unfortunately given up on Dell support as they have already replaced video cards, HDD, motherboard, then they sent me an entirely new system which is producing the same results as the last system and now they say I need to reinstall windows AGAIN to fix the problem. I've had this problem with three installsnof windows across both machines so it doesn't seem logical to lose all my datat again if you know what I mean.
What type of tests are you thinking?
