How do i fix SATA Mode

I Cloned a Dell Laptop with Windows 7, to an HP DV7-1132nr. I get a stop error 0xc000000e if i let it try to boot. I'm stuck...Any ideas? I want to add, the 7 is my Software, Not OEM. Upgraded the dell, Now the dell has MB issues, so want to use the HP.

Boot into BIOS setup to confirm same SATA controller setting as original. AHCI is preferred

Unplug all other drives, Confirm that 100mb System Reserved partition (preferred if you have it) or C is Partition Marked Active then run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times until Windows 7 starts.

It will not start or repair if the correct partition is not marked Active.

Did you one correctly choosing to copy MBR and Track 0, mark Active. Try again or wipe the HD to do a Clean Install per Windows 7 Installation Failure - Overcome
