Copy off all data possible and replace the HD.

Use Paragon Rescue Kit boot CD if necessary to copy data off if Win7 won't start. You can also copy over the entire partition to reimage to another HD if you want to go that route. It may require repairing the MBR to start it up, using Win7 DVD/Repair CD Startup Repair.

When you run the Paragon .exe it will burn to CD for you. Get free Registration code at link on Register page.

If Seatools can't fix the HD, and Paragon Rescue can't copy the data off, then I would unplug the HD, reinstall to another HD, then plug the bad HD back in to see if you can copy files over that way.

This is the reason we should always back up our files externally.

Your HD is bad. Reinstall Win7 to another HD or if it came with your computer contact the computer manufacturer's tech support for Recovery Disks to reinstall to another HD.

The HD might still be under 1 year included warranty, check with tech support.

Otherwise, buy a new HD, clean reinstall Win7 using Product Code which came stickered to the computer, or is on your retail Win7 folder insert.
