Mouse lag even after reformatting- sfc /scannow log

Hi guys... wasnt sure which section to post this. hopefully this one will do.
I'm on a dell inspiron zino hd... windows 7 64 bit

I had the google redirect virus.. tried removing it myself through different methods.. still remained, so I decided to back up all my things and just reformat and reinstall.
yesterday I did a dell factory image restore though, instead of doing a OS re-installation using my windows 7 disc, entering my product key etc (probably should have...)

long story short: my mouse is lagging. i should note it started to lag before i did the factory restore also. at that point i figured it was just the virus/malware.

but it's still here and driving me crazy. i googled and poked around the forums- following different advice to no avail. i performed all of the dell hardware diagnostic tests- passed them.

I've done sfc /scannow 3+ times. tells me there are corrupt files but are unable to fix them. log shows:

would reinstalling the OS with my disc fix this? i'm no good at this kind of stuff, but i'm trying. so any advice is greatly appreciated!

As it seems you have a Windows 7 install disk, take your tine and study the info presented below, this may be the best bet to get a fresh start and ask if you have any further question.

As a start and to rule out format errors up front, boot the Windows 7 installation media to diskpart and run the clean command, once the clean finishes, exit diskpart and use the Windows 7 installer to create and format a single 100GB partition to do the install to.

If that does't work, after another clean, use diskpart to create, format and mark Active a single 100GB partition to see if that works, use Step #2 in the SSD/HDD tutorial for reference.

Once the clean finishes, exit diskpart and use the Windows 7 installer to create and format a single 100GB partition to do the install to and be sure to post back with any further questions you may have and to keep us informed.

thanks for the info. i will try this. but first i have to admit, i don't know how to do half of this..

for example- the first part. what is diskpart? and to create and format a single 100gb partition... how? lol i'm sorry. i just dont know about this stuff. can you explain how? also, for my own curiosity, why create a new partition?

then start a clean install from this tutorial and you can use the installer to create a 100GB partition or let the installer use all the available space to do the install to.
